Having the know-how to provide solutions and employ the tools of emergency readiness will distinguish you from the crowd. Practice using the equipment and study the instructions for the emergency-lifestyle.

QUEEN

Quarters

  • Shelter – Building / Vehicle / Tent – whatever provides security and protection from the elements.

  • Bed, blankets, pillows – provide as much warmth & comfort as possible.

Jugs of Water

Have a stored supply of fresh water and sturdy containers able to withstand prolonged storage & refill. Identify local sources of water. Capture the Rain.

Medical Supplies

Start with a Family First Aid Kit and add;

• Oral Antibiotics - Amoxicillin 250mg / 500mg. Allergic? – Try Cephalexin.

• Ointments – Neosporin (triple antibiotic), Calmoseptine (analgesic).

• Creams – Gelmicin (steroid/antibiotic/antifungal), Hydrocortisone.

• Aspirin, Vaseline, Sunscreen, Pepto-Bismol, Lip Balm, Throat Lozenges.

Prescription and individual specific needs should be provided as necessary.
